Make Github Gist editor automatically resize.
I find that I'm regularly getting frustrated by the small height of the Gist editor on Github so I made a quick TamperMonkey script to alleviate the problem.

You'll need TamperMonkey installed on Chrome, or an equivalent (Greasemonkey on FireFox).
